Daniele Chiari, nato e cresciuto a Genzano Di Roma, ha iniziato le sue esperienze in campo culinario nel 2000, prima nel “forno a legna da Sergio”, suo zio, rinomato panettiere Genzanese, e poi in alcune trattorie. Poi approda al Grand Hotel St. Regis e Hotel De Russie, della catena “Rocco Forte”.
Nel 2006 in Olanda, dove lavorerà per 3 anni nel Ristorante “Roberto’s” dell’Hilton di Amsterdam. Nel 2009, negli Emirati aprira’ il suo primo ristorante “Il Piacere del Gusto”. Poi Qatar e Kazakhstan, nel 2015 in Bielorussia e alla fine del 2017 vola in Arabia Saudita, dove ancora oggi è lo chef della Royal Protocol Hospitality & Catering, a capo di un team di cuochi internazionali per gli eventi ufficiali del governo.
La sua cucina è originale, diversa e contaminata dalle mille sfumature delle realtà che ha incontrato nel suo cammino: mediterranee, arabe e asiatiche. Una cucina che è ponte tra Europa e Asia. Crede nella tradizione, nello sviluppo e nel rinnovamento, per migliorare e sapori, qualità e quantità.

DDaniele Chiari, born and raised in Genzano Di Roma, began his experiences in the culinary field in 2000, first in the “Forno a Legna of Sergio”, his uncle, a renowned Genzanese baker, and then in some trattorias. Then he arrives at the Grand Hotel St. Regis and Hotel De Russie, of the “Rocco Forte” chain.
In 2006 he was in Holland, where he worked for 3 years in the “Roberto’s” restaurant of the Hilton in Amsterdam. In 2009 he was in the Emirates where he opened his first restaurant “Il Piacere del Gusto” with Hilton hotels. Then Qatar and Kazakhstan, in 2015 in Belarus and at the end of 2017 he flies to Saudi Arabia, where he is still the chef at Royal Protocol Hospitality & Catering, leading a team of international chefs for official government events.
His cuisine is original, different and contaminated by the thousand nuances of the realities that he has encountered on his journey: Mediterranean, Arab and Asian. A cuisine that is a bridge between Europe and Asia. It believes in tradition, in development and renewal, to improve flavours, quality and quantity.
