Fjorda Hamzai nasce nel 1989 a Tirana, in Albania, sotto il segno del Leone. Arriva in Italia all’età di 5 anni insieme alla sua famiglia. Sin da piccola, ama “pasticciare” facendo dolci, insieme a suo papà che è il suo giudice più severo. Quando conosce suo marito che ha appena aperto un piccolo ristorante, questa passione diventa il lavoro di Fjorda.
Insieme, con impegno e determinazione, Fjorda e suo marito crescono sia personalmente che lavorativamente, lui come chef e lei come pasticcera. Nel corso degli anni Fjorda si dedica a corsi professionali e partecipa ad alcune gare di cucina e all’Internazionale d’Italia, conquistando il miglior punteggio della squadra.
La sua filosofia di vita è: chi la dura la vince. Con impegno e perseveranza si può raggiungere qualsiasi livello e Fjorda non si vuole fermare.

Fjorda Hamzai was born in 1989 in Tirana, Albania, under the sign of Leo. She arrived in Italy at the age of 5 with her family. From an early age, she loved to “mess around” making sweets, together with her father who was the most severe judge of her. When she met her husband who had just opened a small restaurant, this passion became Fjorda’s job.
Together, with commitment and determination, Fjorda and her husband grew both personally and professionally, he as a chef and she as a pastry chef. Over the years, Fjorda has dedicated herself to professional courses and participated in some cooking competitions and at the International of Italy, gaining the best score of the team.
Her philosophy of life is: whoever lasts, wins it. With commitment and perseverance you can reach any level and Fjorda does not want to stop.
