Originario della Sardegna e forte di una famiglia di cuochi alle spalle, Michele Pili inizia la sua carriera nella ristorazione fin da giovane, con numerose esperienze sia in Italia che all’estero. Dal ristorante Le Patalain a Marsiglia all’Hotel Shelbourne di Dublino fino al Badrutt’s Palace di Saint Moritz, sono tanti gli ambienti che hanno permesso a Pili di affinare tecnica e conoscenza di stili e prodotti. A determinare il suo rigore nel mestiere anche il Forte Village Resort a Santa Margherita di Pula e il Relais Monaco di Treviso, dove ha rivestito il ruolo di executive chef.
Ora guida le cucine del Parco San Marco Hotels & Beach Resort: qui, ogni giorno, insegue un obiettivo: portare in tavola un prodotto al 100% italiano, ricercando personalmente il meglio da ogni regione e rielaborandolo con quell’abilità maturata negli anni e quella creatività che rendono il suo stile un punto di riferimento per i migliori palati gourmet. Originally from Sardinia and with a strong family of chefs behind him, Michele Pili began his career in the restaurant business as a young man with numerous experiences both in Italy and abroad. From the Le Patalain restaurant in Marseille, to Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel, to the Badrutt’s Palace in Saint Moritz, there are many environments that have allowed Pili to refine the technique and knowledge of styles and produce. To determine his rigor in the trade, he also worked at the Forte Village Resort in Santa Margherita di Pula and the Relais Monaco di Treviso, where he assumed the role of executive chef.
Now he is at the helm of the kitchens of the Parco San Marco Hotels & Beach Resort: there, every day, he aims to bring a 100% Italian products to the table, personally seeking the best from each region and reworking it with that skill he matured over the years and his own creativity which make his style a benchmark for the best gourmet palates. The restaurants he runs in the resort are La Musa Restaurant & Rooftop Terrace, Ristorante La Veranda & San Marco and La Masseria Mediterranean Grill.
